Salsa Question

Does anyone out there have a recipe for salsa that is can-able without having vinegar in it??? I made some salsa last year from Ball's recipe book and Put Em Up, but they both had vinegar and were GROSS.


  1. I freeze my salsa. It is more watery when defrosted but tastes good.

  2. With Annie's Salsa you can substitute lemon or lime juice for the vinegar, or any combination of the three.

    I have been using a recipe I found on the internet a number of years ago that uses lime juice instead of vinegar. I could never eat the salsa with vinegar in it. It was just nasty tasting.
